Studio Art
Portfolios may be submitted digitally or in person and must include a minimum of five artworks. Matted or mounted pieces are preferred. All media are accepted; however, a variety of work is encouraged to demonstrate the full scope of a student’s skills and experience. Portfolios are due on the first Friday of February each year. If school is closed or the date falls on a holiday, submissions will be accepted the following Monday.

Vocal Music
Applicants should be prepared to:

• Sing a scale in a key comfortable for them
• Perform two songs in different styles
  • No accompanist will be provided; students may sing a cappella or bring their own accompanist
• Provide two copies of their music for the judges
• Complete a basic music theory assessment

Instrumental Music
Applicants should be prepared to:

• Play two scales
• Perform a prepared piece of at least 32 measures
• Provide two copies of their music for the judges
• Sight-read a piece of music
• Complete a basic music theory assessment

Music scholarship auditions will take place in February. The specific date will be posted on the website and shared via email with interested students at the beginning of each school year.
