Two ninth and two tenth grade classes benefited from the expertise of professional actors during the week of January 24th. Paul Harrold and Bill LeDent from the Philadelphia Shakespeare Theater enthusiastically shared their knowledge and skills with the students.
Assistant Principal Kathleen Radebaugh met with grades 9-11 in the auditorium to introduce them to the Course Selection process for their rosters next year.
Mrs. Quinn has been an educator for over twenty years. She was born and raised in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. She attended Nativity B.V.M. Parish School and graduated from John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School, where she was president of the class of 1997.
Dave Livewell is a poet, recipient of the T.S. Eliot Award, finalist for the Anthony Hecht Prize, and has been awarded fellowships by the state of New Jersey for poetry. He will be coming to read to the students, and I am about to broach the possibility of him visiting some classrooms.

PDC Machines is a family-owned business that provides diaphragm gas compressors for Alternative Energy/Hydrogen refueling stations, Oil and Gas, especially gas, power generation, and many other industries worldwide.
On Saturday, the Little Flower Planeteers led an earth day cleanup in Hunting Park. The Planateers started last school year when a group of four sophomores set out to create a club based around environmental conservation and sustainability.
