Named in honor of beloved Little Flower Principal, Marie Gallagher, whose leadership in the 1990s set a lasting standard of excellence and sustainability for our school, this program carries forward her legacy of compassion and guidance.
Each year, select upperclasswomen serve as mentors to incoming freshmen, offering support as they transition into high school life. Mentors provide guidance in areas such as organizational skills, time management, balancing course loads, and developing healthy social and emotional strategies.
In keeping with the values Marie Gallagher exemplified—believing that everyone deserves help and a second chance—our mentors not only share practical tools for success, but also model the ideals of encouragement, resilience, and community that define the Little Flower experience.
