Background
In March 2024, Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls’ (Little Flower) administration engaged Publishing Concepts, L.P. (PCI) to develop a “storybook” of alumnae who wanted to share their stories in the Little Flower Oral History Project. At that time, many alumnae purchased the commemorative book on a pre-publication basis along with related merchandise from PCI.
PCI initially indicated July 2025 as the delivery date. As you are aware, the production timeline is severely delayed and those delays are beyond our school’s control. Please know that Little Flower’s administration shares your frustration. We are actively engaged with PCI to monitor fulfillment; to support our alumnae through completion of this project; and to ensure that all orders placed are received.
What is the most recent timeline to receive the items purchased from PCI?
As of early March 2026, PCI has confirmed that the commemorative book and merchandise orders are in production and are projected to ship no later than March 31st. Little Flower administration is committed to monitoring the fulfillment of the orders and supporting school alumnae through this process.
In the meantime, Little Flower administration requested that alumnae who purchased the commemorative book receive a complimentary digital copy of the book. If you have not received access to the digital version, please contact Little Flower’s Development Office at [email protected] for assistance.
I ordered merchandise only and did not purchase the commemorative book. When will I receive those items?
All merchandise orders are tied to the same production timeline and are projected to ship no later than March 31, 2026.
Given the delay in deliverables, I no longer want to receive the items I purchased from PCI. Can I receive a refund?

Who is PCI and what is their role in Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls’ Oral History Project?
Publishing Concepts, L.P. (PCI) is the contracted vendor that Little Flower engaged to assist with compiling alumnae stories and to produce a commemorative book and related merchandise. PCI is responsible for production, fulfillment, payment processing, and refunds.
